Hi, I’m glad you’re here!
I’m a Registered Counselling Therapist with the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists and a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. I believe therapy can be a deeply powerful space, not just for healing, but for truly coming home to yourself. I’ve experienced that kind of shift in my own life, and I know how transformative it can be to feel seen, supported, and accepted just as you are.
I work with teens (14+) and adults who are moving through things like depression, trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and identity exploration. I have a special passion for supporting folks in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, and I’m committed to offering affirming, inclusive care that honors the full complexity of your experiences. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. Whether you’re feeling stuck, untethered, or unsure where to start, I’m here to walk alongside you. In our work together, I’ll show up with warmth, curiosity, honesty and sometimes even a little humor. Therapy doesn’t have to be heavy all the time; there’s space for lightness and laughter too.
Our sessions will move at your pace, guided by your voice and your goals. I use a blend of inclusive, evidence-based approaches that are tailored to support you in building insight, regulation, and a deeper connection to yourself. Over time, we’ll collaborate to build a toolbox that helps you meet life’s challenges with more clarity and confidence.
If something here resonates with you, I’d love to connect. Therapy is a brave step, and you don’t have to take it alone.
